# Exodus Fusion SMS Policy DRAFT FOR REVIEW — Not yet effective. Prepared September 5, 2026. Proposed document: business practices and legal requirements need review before publication. ## The messaging program SMS programs identify the business sending you messages. Each participating business uses a number assigned to that business and must complete its own applicable messaging registration before sending. Toll-free numbers are not shared across unrelated businesses. Exodus Fusion's messaging approach separates automated service notifications from customer conversations. Number choice and conversation access depend on the business's activated service and approved messaging program. This policy does not establish that any number is verified or any planned feature is available. Exodus Tech's own customer-service messaging is a separate business program. A platform policy or Exodus Tech registration does not register participating businesses or establish their customers' consent. ## Messages you may receive An activated automated notification program may send the identified business's approved appointment confirmations, reminders, technician-arrival updates, schedule changes, estimate notifications, and invoice or payment reminders. Where customer conversations are enabled and approved, messages may also include personalized service responses and support follow-ups. Toll-free numbers can support conversations; availability depends on the activated service, not simply whether the number has a local area code. Neither offering authorizes unsolicited marketing. Promotional messaging requires separate marketing consent and disclosure. This policy does not authorize promotional messages or establish consent for any recipient. ## How consent works Consent is collected explicitly through optional, unchecked controls. For participating service businesses using Exodus Fusion, consent is collected through the identified business's approved hosted SMS enrollment form. Contact phone fields, general terms, and historic records alone do not create managed enrollment. General registration or service request forms do not collect managed SMS consent, and generic inbound inquiries do not establish managed enrollment. The business's approved enrollment form must identify the sender and describe the specific messages you are choosing to receive: - Automated notifications: consent identifies the sending business and the applicable appointment, technician-arrival, schedule, estimate, invoice, or payment updates. It states message frequency, possible message and data charges, STOP and HELP instructions, and links to the applicable Terms and Privacy Policy. - Customer conversations: consent identifies the sending business and the customer-service messages covered by that program, with frequency, rates, STOP and HELP instructions, and applicable Terms and Privacy links. A subscription upgrade or number change alone does not grant additional consent. - Neither choice grants marketing permission. Any marketing program requires separate, optional consent and disclosure. SMS consent controls must be unchecked by default and optional. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing goods or subscribing to the service. ## Frequency and charges Message frequency varies depending on your service appointments, account activity, and support conversations. Exodus Fusion does not charge any fee for receiving text messages. Standard message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan. ## STOP, HELP, and rejoining You can opt out or request help at any time using standard mobile keywords. Opt-out requests are processed immediately, and you will receive a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. - Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out of SMS notifications. Opting out applies tenant-wide to that sending business and no further messages will be sent. - Reply HELP or INFO for support contact details and assistance. HELP and INFO do not create consent or enroll your number. - Reply START or UNSTOP to resume receiving messages you previously opted out of. For managed tenant programs, START restores a prior verified enrollment only for the same approved program and current disclosure version; otherwise, recipients must use that business's hosted enrollment form. For assistance, contact Exodus Tech, LLC at contact@exodustech.us or 704-431-8318. ## Your mobile information Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, shared with affiliates, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Telephony service providers (including Telnyx) that are necessary to deliver or support the program process information only for that operational role under contract. Mobile information is never rented or disclosed for any third party's own promotional activity. The Privacy Policy states these same restrictions. ## Delivery and responsible use Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network availability. Please keep your contact information current and notify us if you change or disconnect your mobile number so we can update your notification preferences. ## Questions and policy changes For questions about a service appointment or a particular message, contact the identified sending business. For Exodus Fusion platform messaging questions, contact Exodus Tech, LLC at contact@exodustech.us or 704-431-8318. This policy is effective as of September 16, 2026. Material updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date.
